The main concept for this project is an assembly of many varying programmed uses. It creates a cohesive interconnected neighborhood that relates to an existing under utilized lake. The residential region of Savannah Shores surrounds the lake and is connected to the commercial elements through a large pedestrian trail system. Two "big box" retailers are to be located in the higher use portion of this parcel. Smaller retailers will be located around a mixed use building whose ground level will include rental spaces. A community recreation center and a feature restaurant wile find their sites at the edge of the lake. Total area for this property is 51.76 acres.
