This project entailed the land planning for approximately 8.2 acres along with HWY 12 in Suisun, California. The preliminary concept included a 120 room hotel, a retail strip center and two building pads. One pad was envisioned for a 5000 s.f. bank and the other was for a sit-down restaurant.
