This 114 acre project is designed around the convergence of one major and a minor street in the redevelopment zone of the central valley city of Patterson, Ca. As you proceed into this project "big box" retail centers are planned on either side of the entry boulevard. These two centers will solicit shoppers from the nearby adjacent I - 5 freeway.The core of the retail experience is to revolve around a pedestrian plaza that will be surrounded by smaller retailers. The outdoor experience is formed on axis of this plaza. The visual perspective begins at a planned movie theater and extends through the landscaped vehicle round about and to a secondary street beyond. The smaller retailers will find customers from the adjacent planned college satellite campus as well as the citizens of Patterson.
